Project Lutra

There are two ways to install Project Lutra onto your Meta Quest (1, 2, 3) device.

Strategy 1 - SideQuest:

1. Install the advanced installer from https://sdq.st/ and launch it from your downloads (launch SideQuest if you already have it).

2. Connect your headset to your computer with a USB-C cable and follow the instructions to get ADB access and developer access on your headset in SideQuest if you haven't already.

3. Find the option to install an APK from your computer and select it. Choose the Project Lutra APK file and press open.

4. Go to your app library on your Quest, change the filter to unknown sources, and launch Project Lutra. Enjoy!

Strategy 2 - CX File Explorer (with SideQuest):

1. Go into your browser and look up "CX File Explorer APK". Download it and open SideQuest afterwards.

2. Connect your Quest to your computer with a USB-C cable. Select the install an APK from your computer option in SideQuest and select the newly downloaded CX File Explorer APK.

3. Go onto your Meta Quest and enter this Itch site onto the browser. Download the Project Lutra APK to your downloads folder.

4. Open CX File Explorer by entering your app library and set the filter to unknown sources.

5. Allow all access to your headset's files and double-tap the Project Lutra APK from your downloads. Once the app is staged, install/update the app.

6. Open Project Lutra from your app library. Enjoy!
